These Terms of Service apply to Highlands Alumni Connection, operated by Highlands Community Charter & Technical Schools (“Highlands”). By using this website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
Purpose of the website
The website shares alumni stories, school news, events, and opportunities and offers ways to update contact information or share a story. Information is provided for general community use. Newsletter content may become outdated; confirm event details and opportunity requirements directly with the organizer.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit knowingly false information, send spam or threats, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website. Do not use forms to submit confidential records or another person’s private information without permission.
Form submissions
Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and submit only content you own or have permission to share. Required fields must be completed for a form to be submitted. A submission allows Highlands to receive and review the information for the stated alumni purpose and respond where appropriate.
Submitting a story or photo does not guarantee publication and does not transfer ownership of your work to Highlands. Publication permission, where needed, is separate from submitting a form. Highlands may decline or remove inappropriate content and may discuss editorial changes with you before a feature is published.

Highlands branding and website content, and third-party photographs, articles, and logos, remain the property of their respective owners. You may link to public website pages. Do not imply that Highlands endorses you or your organization, or reuse protected materials without the permission required from the rights holder. Nothing here limits uses permitted by law.
